Experience of being in demanding operations portfolios for most of the career, including four years of international experience learning, mentoring and leading diverse, multi-cultural professional teams in France and Mauritius.

Led teams ranging from 20-500 individuals and handled assets and budgets upwards of US$ 50 Million.

My ability to break the complex issues into smaller and simpler steps and take my teams together to achieve timely and effective solutions, has made me eager to venture for bigger challenges in order to lead motivated, empowered teams to attain the goals which influence and impact lives towards making this world a better place!
